Principle of operation:

The operation prinicple of heating and cooling system of air source  water -water -heat pump in summer is similar to conventional chillers and cooling tower.heat exchange tower  is designed according to  the winter conditions ,the heat exchange of efficiency is better in summer,so that cooling efficiency of heat  pump is higher.While in winter low freezing point water solution  sprays in heat exchange tower,the heat exchange between water solution and air include sensible heat and latent heat  exchange.


Heating and cooling system


Features:

Heat transfer efficiency of flooded evaporator is higher than dry evaporator and plate heat exchanger.It improves the energy efficiency ratio(EER)the whole unit(the ratio of output energy to input energy).

In the flooded type evaporator,water goes through tubes,liquid refrigerant goes through shells,heat transfers by liquid boiling,heat transfer temperature difference is only 2℃.In

the dry evapoator,water goes through shells.refrigerant goes through tubes,heat transfers by evaporation of liquid and gas-liqid mixture,the heat transfer temperature difference is 5 ℃.The energy efficiency with flooded evaporator is higher than dry evaporator and plate-type evaporator,operation costs can save by 15-25%.

It's more convenient to maintain flooded evaporator than dry evaporator and plated heat exchanger the reliability is higher too.

In flooded evaporator,water goes  through goes through tubes,uniform distributed,no-short-circuit phenomenon,water flow resistance is small.After long-term application,It's convenient to clean by loosening the fixing bolt of evporator head.While dry evoporator and stainless steel brazing plate heat exchanger can not be disassembled for cleaning due to structure reasons.

Flooded evaporator makes single makes single unit's capacity greater,Flooded evaporator can greatly improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger.so a single flooded evaporator can exchange more heat,so that a single unit' capacity is greater.Under the same conditions unit number can be reduced to save  investmenr cost, and  reduces the unit area and the number of pipeline valves,also  saves investment to machine room.
