1. Noise generated by the cooling tower fan

The fan installed in the upper part of the cooling tower is mainly pulled out in reverse to achieve the purpose of cooling. The high-speed rotation of the fan generates aerodynamic noise. A plurality of blades in the rotation act on the airflow, and then the air pressure and the moving speed are pulsating, and the imbalance of the rotating components causes the structure to vibrate, thereby generating vibration noise. .

2, the noise generated by the cooling tower falling water

The circulating water of the cooling tower flows down from the upper spray pipe, and the impact noise is generated by the free fall, which is proportional to the square of the falling water velocity, and inversely proportional to the fourth power of the impinging water surface.

3. Noise of cooling tower power components

The noise of the cooling tower tower machinery is mainly caused by the vibration of the machine components. Parts of the machine are elastically deformed during operation and then vibrate. When a mechanical part with elasticity transmits vibration energy to the surface of the radiation, it propagates through the air to form mechanical noise.

The sound barrier suction and sound insulation module uses sound insulation board + damping layer + porous sound absorbing material + perforated guard board, the actual insertion loss of the sound barrier is up to 15dB (A)
